Scanners. The Remote Filing Client requires that you have a XXXXX compliant scanner. If this is not possible you can still use a different scanner and import scanned images into the Remote Filing Client. These imported images MUST be Black & White, 300 DPI, Group 4 Fax Compression, and in TIF format. The Remote Filing Client will not accept the imported image if it does not conform to this. *NOTE: Not all scanners are XXXXX compliant even if they say they are. Please ask for the DTS Scan Test to see if your scanner will work with the Remote Filing Client or for the list of already tested compliant scanners. Scanners. Client may order Scanners from the College Board with the EZ Scanner Order Form annexed hereto as Attachment III-A. A Scanner is comprised of items 1-5 as set forth in Section 2.1 below.
Scanners. 10. Please list all sites and locations at which your agency intends to offer LIHEAP and Weatherization Intake Site services. Please indicate which of these sites are a part of your agency and which sites you intend to sub-contract with. In addition, Medis agrees to use best efforts to assist the Distributor to minimize a decrease in the commercial value of its inventory which may result from such changes or discontinuance and to enable the Distributor to meet outstanding obligations to its customers in respect of the Scanner, Test Kits and spare parts on terms no less favorable than are applicable to other distributors of the Products.

Contract for, purchase or make any Capital Expenditures (other than Capital Expenditures to the extent that they have been financed with Money Borrowed, other than the Obligations, permitted hereunder) with respect to Scanners during any fiscal year set forth below in an aggregate amount in excess of the amount set forth below for such fiscal year: Fiscal Year Scanner Capital Expenditures Ending on or about June 30, 2009 $ 5,000,000 Ending on or about June 30, 2010 $ 2,500,000 Ending on or about June 30, 2011 and each fiscal year end thereafter $ 2,000,000 Solely with respect to this Section 7.7(b), if the Borrowers do not utilize the entire amount of Capital Expenditures permitted by this Section 7.7(b) in any fiscal year, so long as no Default or Event of Default exists or would be caused thereby, Borrowers may carry forward to the immediately succeeding fiscal year only, 50% of such unutilized amount (with Capital Expenditures made by the Loan Parties and their Subsidiaries in such succeeding fiscal year applied last to such unutilized amount).
Scanners. Under this contract, Xxxxxx's shall provide the City with Fujitsu and Contex scanners. In addition, Bidder shall provide for needed maintenance and service, accessories and software.
Scanners. The scanner is a device that transfers printed text and images to a computer. When a document is scanned, it is converted into a digital format. This creates an electronic version of the document that can be viewed and edited on a computer. Most scanners are flatbed devices, which means they have a flat scanning surface. This is ideal for photographs, magazines, and various documents. Most flatbed scanners have a cover that lifts up so that books and other bulky objects can also be scanned. Another type of scanner is a sheet-fed scanner, which can only accept paper documents. There are different types of scanners – the flatbed scanners being the most common. Sometimes scanners form part of a multifunction printer. Such printers have printing, scanning and photocopying features. Xxxxxxxx arrive with: ▪ Driver software –the program that controls the operation of the scanner. ▪ Photo-editing software – the program used to manipulate scanned images.
