Common use of Schedule and Project Manual Provisions Clause in Contracts

Schedule and Project Manual Provisions. The Contractor shall provide subcontractors and the Owner, its representatives and the Architect-Engineer with copies of the Project Manual (total number of copies not to exceed 10) developed and updated as required by Article 2.2 expanded for the Construction Phase employing their respective milestones, beginning and finishing dates, their respective responsibilities for performance and the relationships of their work with respect to subcontractors and suppliers.
