Schedule Dates. ADT shall diligently endeavor to make timely delivery and installation and otherwise to timely complete the Services according to a mutually agreed “Implementation Schedule.” If no implementation schedule is developed or agreed upon, ADT shall diligently endeavor to complete the Services within a reasonable time. Except as expressly provided in the Proposal, ADT shall, under no circumstances, be deemed to be in default hereunder or be liable for damages, special, consequential, or otherwise, resulting from delays in delivery, installation, or other completion of the Services. Minor omissions or variances in performance of the Services, which do not materially and adversely affect the Customer’s use of installed systems, equipment, goods, or materials, or the operation thereof, shall not be deemed to have postponed substantial or final completion. Unless otherwise arranged in writing, Services shall be performed during normal business hours (7:30 am to 4:30 pm, Monday – Friday, except holidays). Services performed outside of normal business hours will result in ADT’s then current surcharges for such Services.

  • Effective Dates This Letter of Understanding shall take effect for all grievances filed on or after February 1, 2022.   • Increment Dates 1. The increment date shall be the first of the month following the month in which applicable experience accumulation is achieved.

  • Completion Dates The Recipient agrees to complete each Project within the time periods specified in the Underlying Agreement and all activities must be completed by the Award’s end date, unless FTA agrees in writing to extend the end date. Unless FTA determines otherwise in writing, interim milestone dates and other completion dates applicable to the Award are good faith estimates and are not intended to be firm contractual requirements.   • Due Dates If the payment due date falls on a Sunday or on a holiday that is observed on a Monday, the payment due date shall be the first non-holiday day following such Sunday or holiday. If the payment due date falls on a Saturday or on a holiday which is observed on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday, the payment due date shall be the last non-holiday day preceding such Saturday or holiday. If payment is not received by the payment due date, a late payment charge, as set forth in Section 1.4.1.2, below, shall apply.

  • Schedule Changes Employees’ workweeks and work schedules may be changed with prior notice from the Employer. Overtime-eligible employees shall receive fourteen (14) calendar days’ written notice of a permanent schedule change. Employees shall receive seven (7) calendar days’ notice of a temporary schedule change. A temporary schedule change is defined as lasting thirty (30) days or less. The day notification is given is considered the first day of notice. Adjustments in the hours of work of daily work shifts during a workweek do not constitute a schedule change. The Employer may adjust an overtime-eligible employee’s daily start and/or end time(s) by two (2) hours.

  • Schedule Updates the Contractor agrees to maintain the Work duration schedule updates on an ongoing basis and, when the County requests it, include the updates in its payment request. The Contractor may be required to submit a narrative report with each monthly update which shall include a description of current and anticipated problem areas, delaying factors and their impact, and an explanation of corrective action taken or proposed. Failure to do so may be considered a material breach of the Contract. Any additional or unanticipated costs or expense required to maintain the schedules shall be solely the Contractor’s obligation and Contractor agrees not to charge the County.
