Completion of the Services. 2.1. Subcontractor shall organize the Services in … [country name] in such a manner as to ensure that they are completed according to the written guidelines prepared by University of Warsaw as task leader and any further requirements of CLC, and shall proceed in accordance with the instructions of CLC. In case of any doubt Subcontractor is obliged to contact CLC and require CLC’s decision on the doubtful issues.
Completion of the Services. 6.1 The Services shall be deemed to be completed when reported in the manner stipulated in this Agreement. Services which shall not be reported are deemed to be completed when all of the Provider’s undertakings in accordance with the Agreement have been fulfilled.

Completion of the Services. Delivery of the Services occurs when the Contractor has completed all the work it has undertaken to perform according to the respective Order Request. Upon completing the Services, the Contractor shall issue to the Company a signed Acceptance Deed. The Acceptance Deed shall include information on the Services provided and adequate supporting Documentation (manuals, warranty related documentation and any other information relevant to the Services completed). The Parties agree that in case a prior approval from the Company is received, Acceptance Deeds may be issued electronically over the internet by a way of e-mail, if they are sent from Representative’s e-mails and contain an electronic signatures (e.g., the name, last name and the position of the issuing person or similar information that allows to identify the issuer of the document).
Completion of the Services. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the provisions of this Agreement that by their nature should survive termination, including those provisions necessary to ensure payment of amounts due hereunder by one Party to the other Party shall continue in effect only to the extent necessary and until each Party has satisfied its obligations incurred prior to termination.
