Schedule During Continuous Leave of Absence. Employees that are placed on an approved continuous leave of absence, who do not work a Monday through Friday work schedule, will be placed on a Monday through Friday work schedule (pro-rated to their FTE) on their permanent shift- For example a 50% employee would be scheduled four (4) hours per day Monday through Friday.
