Schedule of Earned Vacation. All tour employees who have served at least one year in the Fire Division shall thereafter be entitled to leaves of absence by way of vacation periods with full pay, in accordance with the following schedule: 1 through 4 years 14 days 16 through 19 years 32 days 5 through 7 years 16 days 20 through 24 years 33 days 8 through 9 years 23 days 25 through 29 years 34 days 10 through 14 years 24 days 30 through 34 years 35 days 15 years 25 days
