SCHEDULE OF MINIMUM. PROPERTY VALUES FOR DEBT TAX PURPOSES. Applicant agrees, for each of the years set forth below in this Section, to ensure that Applicant’s Qualified Property shall have at least the taxable value for debt service taxation purposes as listed on the following chart, net of any loss of value attributable to a Major Property Loss during a calendar year preceding the date of appraisal for the Tax Year for which values are being guaranteed by the chart below, but only to the extent that that Applicant is pursuing the repairs of such Major Casualty Loss with reasonable diligence, and to the extent that appraised values for the repair of such Major Property Loss are subtracted from the amount of such loss calculation. In addition to the amounts determined pursuant to Section 4.2 above, the Applicant, on an annual basis, beginning with Tax Year 2024 and continuing thereafter through Tax Year 2038, shall also indemnify and reimburse the District for any loss of District Debt Service Tax revenues to its Interest and Sinking (I&S) Fund, arising from Applicant’s failure to maintain at least the taxable values set forth in Section 4.3 on the Qualified Property that is the subject of this Agreement for Debt Service Tax purposes.   • Schedule of Rates The specific rates and costs applicable to this Agreement are set forth in Exhibit B – Schedule of Rates, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference as if set forth in full.

  • SCHEDULE OF RESERVED NAMES Except to the extent that ICANN otherwise expressly authorizes in writing, and subject to the terms and conditions of this Specification, Registry Operator shall reserve the following labels from initial (i.e., other than renewal) registration within the TLD. If using self-­‐allocation, the Registry Operator must show the registration in the RDDS. In the case of IDN names (as indicated below), IDN variants will be identified according to the registry operator IDN registration policy, where applicable.

  • Schedule The Work shall be performed as expeditiously as possible in conformity with the schedule requirements contained herein and in the Statement of Work. The draft and final versions of all deliverables shall be submitted by the dates specified in the Exhibit A Schedule and Project Period noted in Item No. 7 of this Agreement. It is understood and agreed that the delivery of the draft and final versions of such deliverables by the Contractor shall occur in a timely manner and in accordance with the requirements of the Exhibit A Schedule.

  • Pay Schedule 50.01 The regularly scheduled pay day shall be bi-weekly, every other Friday. Pay shall be by direct deposit to the employee’s financial institute as on record with the Employer, with an electronic pay statement issued to the employee on or before the pay date. 50.02 The employee’s pay stub shall be delivered to the employee’s workplace and distributed to the employee on or before the specified pay date. 50.03 Employees shall be paid in accordance with Schedule “A” of this agreement.

  • SCHEDULE OF WORK FIRST PARTY’S proposed schedule for the various services required will be set forth in Exhibit A-1. In addition to services described in Section A1, the parties may from time to time agree in writing that FIRST PARTY, for additional compensation, shall perform additional services including but not limited to: • Change in the services because of changes in scope of the work. • Additional tasks not specified herein as required by the CITY. The CITY and FIRST PARTY shall agree in writing to any changes in compensation and/or changes in FIRST PARTY’s services before the commencement of any work. This cost will be mutually agreed upon by the CITY and FIRST PARTY. A supplemental agreement providing for such compensation for extra work shall be negotiated between the CITY and the FIRST PARTY.
