SCHEDULE OF SPECIAL PROVISIONS. If the Contractor chooses not to transport the salt from Pugwash, salt will be delivered by the Department to the blend site and there shall be no additional compensation provided for blending the salt with the sand. Compensation provided for these instances shall be the haul from the blend site to the stockpile at negotiated open haul rates. The only government stockpiles the Contractor will be permitted to blend material in are located in Mt. Pleasant, Summerside, Albany, Charlottetown and Roseneath.
