Scheduling Consecutive Days of Rest. The Employer shall endeavor to allocate consecutive days of rest as much as possible. Where operationally feasible, employees shall be granted two (2) consecutive days off every two (2) weeks unless otherwise agreed by mutual consent between the employee and their supervisor.
