Scheduling of Holiday Time. 1. The annual holiday leave time bank for unit employees is one hundred six (106) hours. 2. Such holiday time off shall be taken with the approval of Police Management. 3. The parties to this agreement, including the unit employees, will endeavor, in good faith, to avoid accumulation of holiday time which may result in scheduling problems and/or loss of holiday time if not taken during the calendar year. 4. Unit employees shall utilize holiday time when taking time off on a City observed holiday.
