Common use of Scheduling Vacation Clause in Contracts

Scheduling Vacation. Vacations may be scheduled in advance of the employee’s anniversary date and subject to the proviso that, should the employee who has received his vacation entitlement prior to his anniversary date also terminate his employment or be terminated prior to that date, he shall be required to reimburse the employer for the overpayment by way of deduction from his pay cheque.
