Common use of School Access Clause in Contracts

School Access. ‌ Duly authorized representatives of the Association and its affiliates shall not interfere with or disrupt normal school operations and provided they make their presence known and secure permission from the Principal or his/her designee. If the Superintendent and the MEA agree a topic is a mutual concern, a representative of the Association may be included on the school center faculty meeting agenda.

School Access.
