SCHOOL ACTIVITIES DURING VACATION PERIODS. Any employee required to report for school activities during a normal vacation period which exceeds the number of days in the regular school year shall be compensated on an hourly rate, which rate shall be determined by dividing said employee’s salary step by the number of days contracted ÷ 8 hours per day based on the salary schedule in effect at the time the work was performed. This does not include activities compensated in other parts of this Agreement.
