Common use of School Improvement Programs Clause in Contracts

School Improvement Programs. The Board and Association encourage and support the concept of continued school improvement efforts designed to assist the school district to reach its vision. Any outcomes from school improvement efforts that call for changes in any of the provisions of this contract or affect wages, hours, terms or conditions of employment must be agreed to by both the Board and the Association. None of the foregoing shall be interpreted as a waiver of any rights by the Association or any bargaining unit member or the Board of Education or any of its agents.
