Science Center Area Sample Clauses

Science Center Area. 4.1.1 All areas of GLSC's facility other than the Lease Premises (the "Science Center Area") are primarily intended for GLSC-sanctioned community and recreational use. Notwithstanding this agreed primary use, the District may request the use of portions of the Science Center Area during the School Day and shall coordinate and schedule that use with GLSC. The District shall give notice to the Operations Coordinator at least one week prior to its requested use. The Operations Coordinator shall provide a response within 48 hours of the request as to whether that use is acceptable. The District shall be responsible for Supervision during its use of any portion of the Science Center Area.

Emergency means any circumstance or situation that causes normal computer operations to become unavailable for use in performing the work required under this Agreement for more than 24 hours.
