Contract Renewal State may renew this Contract under its then-existing terms and conditions (subject to potential cost adjustments described below in section 2) in two-year intervals, or any interval that is advantageous to State. This Contract, including any renewals, may not exceed a total of seven (7) years.
Term of Contract; Contract Extension The Contract will be in effect from the Effective Date (15 December 2016) through 31 December 2018. DAS, in its sole discretion, may extend this Contract for additional terms beyond the original term, prior to Termination or expiration, one or more times for a combined total period not to exceed the complete length of the original term.
AGREEMENT RENEWAL This Agreement shall not bind nor purport to bind the AZDOHS for any contractual commitment in excess of the original Agreement period.
Scope of Contract This Contract specifies the contractual terms and conditions by which County will procure and receive goods/services from Contractor as set forth in the Scope of Work, which is attached hereto as Attachment A and incorporated by this reference.
License Renewal Certified participants will be responsible for keeping track of their personal professional development hours for license renewal.
