Scope of Contracting Out. The parties to this Enterprise Agreement agree that there will be no further contracting out of work currently performed by Council’s workforce unless a review of the existing services has been undertaken in accordance with Clauses 11.3 and 11.4.

Scope of Contracting Out. 21.1.1 The parties to this enterprise agreement agree that there will be no contracting out of work currently performed by Council’s workforce until a review of the existing service has been completed except in the following circumstances: • If Council’s workforce are operating to capacity, or; • Where the workforce does not have the requisite skills or capacity and would not be able to acquire them within a reasonable length of time, or; • In other cases as agreed by the Consultative Committee.
