Common use of Scope of Evaluation Clause in Contracts

Scope of Evaluation. No evaluation of an employee shall include any duty that is not fixed and prescribed for the job classification of the employee by the District’s Board of Trustees pursuant to the California Education Code, and no employee shall be assigned or required to perform any duty that is not reasonably related to the mission of the District. No arbitrary or capricious evaluation shall be issued to any employee covered by this Agreement.
