Scope of Evaluation. The evaluation of faculty shall be limited to the evaluatee’s primary areas of responsibility. The main items for consideration in evaluation of faculty are: a. Effectiveness in working with students. b. Expertise in subject matter and/or areas of responsibility. c. Techniques of instruction, counseling, student health services, or library practices. d. Fulfillment of professional responsibilities.
