SCOPE OF THE EVALUATION PROCESS. The performance of educators shall be monitored on an ongoing basis. Educator evaluation shall be based on the quality of instruction as identified by the professional teaching standards from ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇’▇ Framework for Teaching, to which every educator is expected to conform. In addition, educator evaluation shall encompass the Role of the Educator (page 6), attendance and compliance with Board Policies and Procedures along with other areas as outlined in the evaluation document.
