Scope Of Work – A-E On-Call Structural Engineering Services. A-E professional services shall include, but not be limited to performing engineering investigation/inspection and evaluation/assessment studies, site specific building analyses/studies, structural building design/analysis, structural calculations, including foundation, gravity and lateral analysis, cost estimating, peer reviews; reviewing, evaluating, and/or developing structural construction documents, including technical design specifications and reports; utilizing REVIT and AutoCAD for development of construction documents; providing permit assistance/support, and construction support and administration; and ensuring that these items meet the applicable current standards/guidelines, codes, and regulations. The scope of work/services is applicable for all County projects, which will have varying degrees of complexities and types (including both non-essential and essential designated facilities.)
