Scoping Process. The Corps will evaluate potential impacts associated with the no-action and alternative plans. A public scoping meeting will be held to address baseline conditions, solicit public participation on significant environmental issues, and participation in the formulation of alternative measures. All interested parties and agencies are welcome to attend and encouraged to participate in the meeting. The Corps will briefly present the study to the public, review the environmental process and issues identified thus far, and outline the overall schedule for study completion, then request public input. Individuals and agencies may offer information or data relevant to the proposed study and/ or request to be placed on the mailing list for future announcements. The meeting will be devoted to executive sessions that will include discussions and technical examination of information related to GPS vulnerabilities; the Department of the Navy’s mitigation plans for platforms, weapons, communications, and intelligence systems as related to the projected threat; GPS modernization; and research, development, test, acquisition, and training activities to improve GPS-related military readiness and precision navigation capabilities. All sessions of the meeting will be closed to the public. DATES: The meeting will be held on Monday, October 19, 1998, through Friday, October 23, 1998, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. each day.

Scoping Process. This notice of intent initiates the scoping process, which guides the development of the environmental impact statement.   • Benchmarking Process 2.2.1 The Supplier shall produce and send to the Authority for Approval, a draft plan for the Benchmark Review.

  • Ordering Process 6.4.1 CLEC, or CLEC's agent, shall act as the single point of contact for its End User Customers' service needs, including without limitation, sales, service design, order taking, Provisioning, change orders, training, maintenance, trouble reports, repair, post-sale servicing, Billing, collection and inquiry. CLEC's End User Customers contacting Qwest in error will be instructed to contact CLEC; and Qwest's End User Customers contacting CLEC in error will be instructed to contact Qwest. In responding to calls, neither Party shall make disparaging remarks about each other. To the extent the correct provider can be determined, misdirected calls received by either Party will be referred to the proper provider of local Exchange Service; however, nothing in this Agreement shall be deemed to prohibit Qwest or CLEC from discussing its products and services with CLEC's or Qwest's End User Customers who call the other Party seeking such information.

  • Bidding Process 3.1. Bidding shall generally commence based on the sequence of the lot being shown on the PAH Website. However the Auctioneer has the right to vary the sequence without having to give prior notice to the intended bidders.

For alcohol testing, the member shall be first given a breath test, at the collection site, followed by a confirmatory urine test only where the breath test reveals an initial positive alcohol level of .04 grams per 210 l. of breath. If the initial breath test results are below this level, testing shall be discontinued; if confirmatory urine tests results are below a level equivalent to .04 grams per 210 l. of breath, the confirmatory test shall be considered negative.

  • Drug Testing Procedures a. The testing procedures and safeguards provided in this policy shall be adhered to by any laboratory personnel administering departmental drug tests.

  • Posting Procedure (a) Except as otherwise provided, all positions shall be posted as they arise and shall be posted using the standard posting format (see Appendix ‘C’).

  • Signaling protocol The Parties will interconnect their networks using SS7 signaling where Technically Feasible and available as defined in GR 905 Telcordia Standards including ISDN User Part (ISUP) for trunk signaling and TCAP for CCS-based features in the Interconnection of their networks. All Network Operations Forum (NOF) adopted standards shall be adhered to. Where available, CenturyLink signaling services to link its Signaling Transfer Points (STPs) for CLEC switches which connect to CenturyLink’s STPs via “A” links or for CLEC’s STPs to connect to CenturyLink’s STPs via “D” links which are dedicated to the transport of signaling for local Interconnection, may be ordered from the CenturyLink Tariff.
