SCREENING OF MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT. The Developer shall screen all roof mounted and wall mounted equipment from view pursuant to Section 6.6.4.F.3 of the LDC to the satisfaction of the Community Development Director prior to issuance of each certificate of occupancy within the Property.

SCREENING OF MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT. The Developer shall screen all roof, wall and ground mounted equipment from view pursuant to Section 6.6.1 the LDC to the satisfaction of the Community Development Director prior to issuance of each certificate of occupancy within the Property. SCREENING OF MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT. All mechanical equipment on Building exteriors, roofs, or parking areas must be screened from view of all front and side streets and adjoining side properties. All protrusions, vents, etc., penetrating the roof shall be so screened when extending six (6) inches or more above parapet walls or eave lines. Plans for such screening shall be submitted to the Board for its review and written approval prior to installation.
SCREENING OF MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT. The Owner/Developer shall screen all roof mounted and wall mounted equipment from view pursuant to Section 6.6.4.F.3 of the Land Development Code to the satisfaction of the City of Arvada Community Development Director prior to issuance of each certificate of occupancy within the Property. The Owner/Developer shall work with utility companies to locate utility structures and pedestals in a manner that minimizes its visibility from public or private roadways, parks, and sidewalks. Any utility structure or pedestal that is visible from a public or private roadway, park, or sidewalk must be screened with landscaping.

  • Technical Specifications The Technical Specifications furnished on the CD are intended to establish the standards for quality, performance and technical requirements for all labor, workmanship, material, methods and equipment necessary to complete the Work. When specifications and drawings are provided or referenced by the County, these are to be considered part of the Scope of Work, and to be specifically documented in the Detailed Scope of Work. For convenience, the County supplied specifications, if any, and the Technical Specifications furnished on the CD.

  • Acceptance Testing At the time of installation of a LIS trunk group, and at no additional charge, acceptance tests will be performed to ensure that the service is operational and meets the applicable technical parameters.

  • Installation Where installation is required, Contractor shall be responsible for placing and installing the product in the required locations at no additional charge, unless otherwise designated on the Contract or purchase order. Contractor’s authorized product and price list shall clearly and separately identify any additional installation charges. All materials used in the installation shall be of good quality and shall be free of defects that would diminish the appearance of the product or render it structurally or operationally unsound. Installation includes the furnishing of any equipment, rigging, and materials required to install or replace the product in the proper location. Contractor shall protect the site from damage and shall repair damages or injury caused during installation by Contractor or its employees or agents. If any alteration, dismantling, excavation, etc., is required to achieve installation, the Contractor shall promptly restore the structure or site to its original condition. Contractor shall perform installation work so as to cause the least inconvenience and interference with Customers and with proper consideration of others on site. Upon completion of the installation, the location and surrounding area of work shall be left clean and in a neat and unobstructed condition, with everything in satisfactory repair and order.
