Seasonal cleaning. At changes in the seasons of the year (four times a year) all LRVs shall undergo more detailed cleaning to remove buildup of tar, grease, and other foreign materials from the car body, trucks, access panels, and other exposed equipment on the LRV underbody. The flooring, interior panels, seating, and signage shall be cleaned to remove build-up of dirt, chewing gum, stains, and residue of any kind from the interior of the LRV.

  • Cleaning 8.1 CONTRACTOR shall, at his own expenses, at all times keep the premises free from accumulation of debris, waste materials, and rubbish, and at the completion of the work, he shall remove his tools and equipment and all surplus materials, debris, waste material, and rubbish and shall leave the premises in a neat and clean condition. If CONTRACTOR does not attend to such cleaning immediately upon request, OWNER shall have the right to have this work done by others and deduct the cost therefore from the payment due CONTRACTOR hereunder.

  • Final Cleaning Before final inspection of the work, the Contractor shall clean all ground occupied by the Contractor in connection with the work of all rubbish, excess materials, temporary structures and equipment, and all parts of the work must be left in a neat and presentable condition to the satisfaction of the Project Manager.
