Seasonal Cleaning. 6.10 The Owner must provide and pay for annual seasonal cleaning of the Property in accordance with the seasonal cleaning instructions. Seasonal cleaning must be performed during the period August- October.
Seasonal Cleaning a) Twice annually all homeowners will be responsible for seasonal cleaning of the property.
Seasonal Cleaning. At changes in the seasons of the year (four times a year) all LRVs shall undergo more detailed cleaning to remove buildup of tar, grease, and other foreign materials from the car body, trucks, access panels, and other exposed equipment on the LRV underbody. The flooring, interior panels, seating, and signage shall be cleaned to remove build-up of dirt, chewing gum, stains, and residue of any kind from the interior of the LRV.
