Common use of Seasonal Temporary Employee Clause in Contracts

Seasonal Temporary Employee. An employee who is hired for a limited period of time (April 1 through October 31) to perform outside duties of a seasonal nature (mowing, field maintenance, painting, etc.). Such an employee is clearly not a member of the bargaining unit and has no contractual privileges.
