Secondary Counselors. Secondary counselors shall work ten (10) mandatory days in addition to the regular schedule for bargaining unit employees: five (5) work days prior to the employee report date at the beginning of the school year and five (5) work days after the last employee work day. Pay for these ten (10) days shall be at pro-rata rate.
