Designation of Evaluator. The supervisor of each unit member designated in the unit member's job description shall be the evaluator. This process and deadlines applies only to evaluatee choosing to complete a self- assessment. End of last week in February (probationary and temporary employees) Final Evaluation: Final evaluation completed and signed by the evaluator and evaluatee. Prior to March 30th (permanent employees evaluated using Option 2 b) Required Self-assessment: Written self-evaluation report submitted to partners and evaluator for comments. End of first (1st) week in April (permanent employee) Voluntary Self-assessment: Evaluatee completes self-assessment. This process and deadline applies only to evaluate choosing to complete a self- assessment. May 1 for permanent employees Final Evaluation: Final evaluation report completed and signed by evaluator and evaluatee. Note: The dates cited are deadlines; procedures may begin any time prior to these dates.
