Common use of Secondary Physical Education Classes Clause in Contracts

Secondary Physical Education Classes. Every effort will be made at each building to schedule balanced classes, both in sizes and equitable apportionment of students on IEPs and 504s, throughout the day. Physical Education classes should not exceed thirty-five (35) students. The secondary remedies above shall apply to physical education classes that exceed thirty-five (35) students. The daily load for teachers of physical education classes shall not exceed one-hundred-sixty (160) students.
