Term of Service Except as otherwise provided in this Agreement, Atlas shall serve as the Managing General Partner of the Partnership until either it:
Term of Services The term of this Agreement shall begin on the Effective Date and shall end on , the date of completion specified in Exhibit A, and Consultant shall complete the work described in Exhibit A on or before that date, unless the term of the Agreement is otherwise terminated or extended, as provided for in Section 8. The time provided to Consultant to complete the services required by this Agreement shall not affect the City’s right to terminate the Agreement, as referenced in Section 8.
Primary Term The Primary Term for each item of the Equipment shall commence on the Lease Commencement Date provided for by the Rental Schedule for such Equipment, and unless sooner terminated pursuant to the provisions of this Lease, shall be for the number of calendar months set forth in such Rental Schedule, plus the number of days remaining in any partial calendar month if the Lease Commencement Date occurs on other than the first day of a month. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the provisions of this Master Lease on indemnification of Lessor by Lessee shall apply between Lessor and Lessee with respect to any Equipment from the time that any order for the Equipment is placed by Lessor.
Service Period The Service Period of this Agreement is for 1 year in respect of the unit and starts on the Start Date as defined in the Terms and Conditions, or, in the case of an extension of renewal of the provision of Support Services, starts on the date of payment of the Charges.
PERIOD OF SERVICE The Grant Services will commence on the Start Date and shall expire on the End Date as set forth in the SUMMARY PAGE.
Duration of Services The obligation of GGP to perform any individual Service described in or contemplated by this Section E shall terminate upon the earliest to occur of (a) 18 months following the Distribution Date, (b) five days following written notice of termination of such Services by Spinco to GGP and (c) the applicable termination date pursuant to Article IX of the Agreement. GGP agrees to use appropriate and reasonable efforts, as mutually agreed upon by the parties and at Spinco’s cost, to (i) ensure that any terminated Service is integrated into Spinco’s broader business processes and/or (ii) complete any individual Service in this Section E requested by Spinco prior to the termination described in the prior sentence.
Termination of Services 6.2. To promote a non-discriminatory work environment based on the principle of equality, employers and the trade union should adopt appropriate measures to ensure that employees with HIV and AIDS are not unfairly discriminated against and are protected from victimisation through positive measures such as: (i) preventing unfair discrimination and stigmatisation of people living with HIV or AIDS through the development of HIV/AIDS policies and programmes for the workplace; (ii) awareness, education and training on the rights of all persons with regard to HIV and AIDS; (iii) mechanisms to promote acceptance and openness around HIV/AIDS in the workplace; (iv) providing support for all employees infected or affected by HIV and AIDS; and (v) grievance procedures and disciplinary measures to deal with HIV-related complaints in the workplace. 7. Early Termination of Services Termination at any time upon 90 days’ prior written notice. Following the written notice period and coinciding with the early termination by the Recipient of any Service(s) in this Schedule, Early Termination Fees equal to 75% of the monthly cost of such terminated Services shall be charged to Recipient monthly until the earlier of (i) three (3) months after termination or (ii) the expiration of the Term of this Schedule. Discretionary Termination The Employer may terminate and liquidate this Agreement provided that: (i) the termination does not occur proximate to a downturn in the financial health of the Employer; (ii) all arrangements sponsored by the Employer and Affiliates that would be aggregated with any terminated arrangements under Treasury Regulations §1.409A-1(c) are terminated; (iii) no payments, other than payments that would be payable under the terms of this Agreement if the termination had not occurred, are made within twelve (12) months of the date the Employer takes the irrevocable action to terminate this Agreement; (iv) all payments are made within twenty-four (24) months following the date the Employer takes the irrevocable action to terminate and liquidate this Agreement; and (v) neither the Employer nor any of its Affiliates adopt a new arrangement that would be aggregated with any terminated arrangement under Treasury Regulations §1.409A-1(c) if the Executive participated in both arrangements, at any time within three (3) years following the date the Employer takes the irrevocable action to terminate this Agreement.
COMMERCIAL REUSE OF SERVICES The member or user herein agrees not to replicate, duplicate, copy, trade, sell, resell nor exploit for any commercial reason any part, use of, or access to 's sites.
