Secretary Vacation. 1. Full year secretaries shall earn vacation as follows: after 1st year - 1 week 2. Vacations will be approved by the supervisor. Vacation time is non-accumulative and is to be taken within the year of eligibility unless vacation is denied and then such time may accumulate. 3. If a Full Year Office/Clerical employee is not employed the full year, July 1 to June 30, the number of vacation days will be prorated.
