Section 1104 Notice of Redemption. Notice of redemption shall be given in the manner provided in Section 106, not less than 30 days nor more than 60 days prior to the Redemption Date, unless a shorter period is specified by the terms of such series established pursuant to Section 301, to each Holder of Securities to be redeemed, but failure to give such notice in the manner herein provided to the Holder of any Security designated for redemption as a whole or in part, or any defect in the notice to any such Holder, shall not affect the validity of the proceedings for the redemption of any other such Security or portion thereof. Any notice that is mailed to the Holders of Registered Securities in the manner herein provided shall be conclusively presumed to have been duly given, whether or not the Holder receives the notice. Section 1104 Notice of Redemption. Subject to the provisions of Section 1109, and except as otherwise provided in the terms of a particular series of Securities, notice of redemption shall be given by first-class delivery, postage prepaid, or electronically delivered, or otherwise delivered in accordance with the procedures of DTC, Euroclear or Clearstream, as applicable, at least 10 days, but not more than 60 days, prior to the Redemption Date, to each Holder of Securities to be redeemed, at such Holder’s address appearing in the Security Register. With respect to Securities of each series to be redeemed, each notice of redemption shall identify the Securities to be redeemed (including CUSIP or ISIN numbers, if applicable) and shall state:
