Section 1302. All regular permanent full-time employees whose work at any time 18 requires the wearing of safety glasses or goggles will be supplied with such equipment by the 19 Employer. The Employer will pay up to a maximum of two hundred ($200) dollars for 20 replacement of prescription glasses or prescription safety glasses including frames, if such 21 glasses are broken or damaged on the job.
