Section 1302. Notification of a suspension or termination of an employee shall be provided to the 34 employee in writing prior to implementing the suspension or termination. The cause(s) for the 35 suspension or termination and applicable time limits shall be stated in said notification. A copy of 36 any letters of discipline, suspension, or termination will be sent to the Union unless the employee 37 requests, in writing, that such copies not be provided to the Union.
