Section 12.6.4. 43 The arbitrator's findings shall be submitted in writing as soon as possible to the District and to the 44 Union and shall set forth findings of fact, reasoning and conclusions on the issues submitted. 46 The arbitrator’s decision shall be consistent with existing statutes and shall be binding on both 47 parties. The arbitrator shall confer promptly with the representatives of the District and the 48 Union, review the record of prior meetings and hold such further hearings as deemed necessary.
