Section 12.7.5 Sample Clauses

Section 12.7.5. 31 If a formal grievance is not filed within thirty (30) Tacoma School District business days of the 32 act or when the employee could have reasonably known of the condition on which the grievance 33 is based, then the grievance shall be waived. 34
Section 12.7.5. 34 It is mutually agreed that employees will give the District written notice of intent to terminate 35 employment at least two (2) weeks in advance of leaving, and the District will make every 36 effort to notify employees notice of intent to layoff an employee by no later than June 15, or 37 within ten (10) workdays after a second levy failure. 38
Section 12.7.5. 2 No extra trip will be assigned to a substitute unless no regular driver has signed up for or has 3 accepted the trip after reasonable notice and solicitation efforts have been expended. The 4 District retains the right in unusual circumstances to not offer an extra trip to such senior driver 5 subject to the grievance procedure herein.

  • Section 14 Upon timely request, the Department of Administrative Services shall make available at no cost to the Union the latest copy of any SEIU Local 503, OPEU bargaining unit employee statistical and expenditure reports relative to employment and benefits currently produced by the Department of Administrative Services which do not require manual or machine editing to remove confidential data or non-SEIU Local 503, OPEU bargaining unit employee data. Such request must be made in advance of the preparation of the reports. If new and appropriate employee statistical and expenditure reports are produced by the Department of Administrative Services, the Department and the Union may mutually agree in advance to provide such reports at no cost.
