Section 12.7.2 representation for a grievant shall be through the Union, except for an employee who 20 may elect self-representation.
Section 12.7.2. 40 The employee will retain accrued sick leave, vested vacation rights, and seniority rights while 41 on leave of absence. However, vacation credits and sick leave shall not accrue while the 42 employee is on leave of absence.
