Section 1716. 1. Mutual Objective It is the desire of both parties to this Agreement to maintain high standards of safety and health in order to eliminate, as far as possible, industrial accidents and illness. Both parties will continue to establish proactive, customer-driven programs and systems to support this mutual objective.

Section 1716. 2 This Agreement represents the entire Agreement between the DistrictBoard and the Union and supersedes all prior agreements and cancels all previous written agreements between the parties and shall become of full force and effect until midnight, August 31, 20222019. This Agreement shall remain in full force and effect. The parties further agree that this Agreement may be reopened by either party upon thirty (30) days written notice only for negotiations and agreement regarding anythe provision(s) invalidated.
Section 1716. For purposes of compliance with the Affordable Care Act requirements, 3 the Hospital will use the IRS Approved lookback measurement period to determine part- 4 time or per diem employees eligibility for health insurance coverage in the following 5 year. Any per diem employee who receives health and welfare coverage in any 6 calendar year of this Agreement will no longer be eligible for the payment in lieu of 7 described in Article 2, Section 4(a).

  • Section 14 (a) Upon timely request, the Department of Administrative Services shall make available at no cost to the Union the latest copy of any SEIU Local 503, OPEU bargaining unit employee statistical and expenditure reports relative to employment and benefits currently produced by the Department of Administrative Services which do not require manual or machine editing to remove confidential data or non-SEIU Local 503, OPEU bargaining unit employee data. Such request must be made in advance of the preparation of the reports. If new and appropriate employee statistical and expenditure reports are produced by the Department of Administrative Services, the Department and the Union may mutually agree in advance to provide such reports at no cost.
