Section 4 – Notice of Right to Representation. 21 The Hospital shall advise the nurse in advance if a requested meeting may 22 result in disciplinary action. Where an investigatory meeting may lead to 23 disciplinary action, the Hospital will inform the nurse that he/she may request 24 to have another employee or Association representative present at the 25 investigatory meeting. The Association shall provide the Hospital with a list 26 identifying their authorized representatives, which list shall be regularly 27 updated. It is the nurse’s responsibility to arrange the appearance of a 28 representative at the investigatory meeting. The names of available 29 representatives will be shared by the Hospital with the nurse to facilitate 30 timely scheduling of the meeting.
