Section 5.10. Overtime. 2 In the assignment of overtime, the District agrees to provide the employee with as much advance notice 3 as practicable in the circumstances. Normally, employees designated to work overtime on days outside 4 their regular workweek will be advised of the possibility no later than twenty-four (24) hours prior to the 5 end of the last shift before the overtime commences.
