LUNCH AND BREAK TIMES. All paraprofessionals who work at least five (5) hours per day will have a continuous uninterrupted unpaid lunch period of at least thirty (30) minutes and no longer than 45 minutes per day. They shall also receive a two fifteen- (15) minute relief periods occurring in the morning and in the afternoon. An employee must be scheduled for a minimum of five (5) hours of work within a given work day before they can be required to take an unpaid lunch period. Additionally, it is understood that all lunch periods shall be duty free. If the lunch period is not duty free, then they shall be paid lunch periods.
