Section 67A. Section 6.7(a) of the Credit Agreement to delete the word "and" at the end of clause (iv), to delete the period at the end of clause (v) and replace it with a comma and by the addition of new clause (vi) to read in its entirety as follows:

Section 67A. The provisions of Section 67-A of the Transfer of Property Act, 1882, shall not apply to these presents and the Security Trustee, notwithstanding that the Security Trustee may hold two or more mortgages executed by the Borrower including these presents, in respect of which the Security Trustee has the right to obtain the kind of decrees under Section 67 of the Transfer of Property Act and shall be entitled to xxx and obtain such decree on any of such mortgages without being bound to xxx on all such mortgages in respect of which the mortgage moneys shall have become due.

Section 67A. Date of determination of rate of tax, value of taxable service and rate of exchange (1) The rate of service tax, value of a taxable service and rate of exchange, if any, shall be the rate of service tax or value of a taxable service or rate of exchange, as the case may be, in force or as applicable at the time when the taxable service has been provided or agreed to be provided. (2) The time or the point in time with respect to the rate of service tax shall be such as may be prescribed.
