Common use of Section 8.2.2 Clause in Contracts

Section 8.2.2. 22 No employee with less than a twelve (12) month assignment may take time off during the 23 school year and have it credited against vacation accumulation. Those employees who work 24 less than their full annual assignment will receive vacation credit according to the number of 25 hours worked in the year.

Section 8.2.2. 22 19 No employee with less than a twelve (12) month assignment may take time off during the 23 20 school year and have it credited against vacation accumulation. Those employees who work 24 21 less than their full annual assignment will receive vacation credit according to the number of 25 22 hours worked in the year.
