Other Deductions. The District shall, upon receipt of authorization from a certificated employee, deduct from the certificated employee’s salary and make appropriate remittance for medical plans, tax-sheltered annuities or other plans or programs including credit unions, jointly approved by the Association and the Board.

Section B. Other Deductions. ‌ 23 Upon receipt of written authorization, the District agrees to deduct from the salary of employees, premiums for 24 those insurance and annuity programs, which have been approved, by the Association and the District.   • Dues Deductions Dues deductions, once initiated, shall continue until the authorization is revoked in writing by the employee. For the administrative convenience of the City and the Association, an employee may only revoke a dues authorization by delivering the notice of revocation to the Controller during the two week period prior to the expiration of this Agreement. The revocation notice shall be delivered to the Controller either in person at the Controller's office or by depositing it in the U.S. mail addressed to the Payroll/Personnel Services Division, Office of the Controller, 000 Xxxxxxxxx, San Francisco, CA 94103; Attention: Dues Deduction. The City shall deliver a copy of the notices of revocation of dues deductions authorizations to the Association within two (2) weeks of receipt.

  • Setoffs and Deductions Each of Seller and Financing Provider agrees that PG&E shall have the right to set off or deduct from payments due to Seller each and every amount due PG&E from Seller whether or not arising out of or in connection with the Assigned Agreement. Financing Provider further agrees that it takes the assignment for security purposes of the Assigned Agreement and the Assigned Agreement Accounts subject to any defenses or causes of action PG&E may have against Seller.
