Section C. Time Limits. ‌ 2 If a grievant fails to file or appeal according to the time-line set out herein, the grievance may not be further 3 pursued and will be resolved according to the last formal response. In the event the District or its agents fail to 4 meet a time-line, the grievant may proceed to the next step of the procedure.   • Time Limits Each party involved in a grievance shall act quickly so that the grievance may be resolved promptly. Every effort should be made to complete action within the time limits contained in the grievance procedure. However, with the mutual consent of the parties, the time limitation for any step may be extended.

  • Extension of Time Limits The time limits referred to in this Article may be extended by mutual agreement of the parties in writing.

  • Time Limit Should the Local Church fail to satisfy all of its obligations set forth herein by December 31, 2023, this Disaffiliation Agreement shall be null and void.

  • Time Limitation The time limits established in the grievance procedures shall be followed by the parties and the aggrieved employee.
