Section IX – EPICs. Refer to the EPIC Sheet, PS&E if available, decision documents (FONSI) and issued permits to determine the status of any changes that affect the original environmental permits, issues, and commitments (EPICs). Select all options that apply in this section. • Project originally required no mitigation or commitments. Select this option if no commitments or mitigation were required for the original environmental decision or subsequent reevaluations. • All mitigation and/or commitments from the original environmental decision remain the same. Select this option if the mitigation and/or commitments remain exactly the same as proposed in the original environmental decision or subsequent reevaluations and as a result of any changes. • Mitigation and/or commitments have changed since the original environmental decision. Select this option if the mitigation and/or commitments have changed or been modified from what was proposed in the original environmental decision or subsequent reevaluations and as a result of any changes.   • Section C An employee who terminates a leave during the school year must apply for and be appointed to a vacant position.

  • SCHEDULE AND MILESTONES The planned major milestones for the activities for this Annex defined in the "Responsibilities" Article are as follows:

  • Schedule and Completion The Pre-commencement Phase Services to be performed under this Contract shall commence upon the Effective Date of the Contract and be completed within 60 days thereafter. Activities on the Site shall commence on the date specified in the Proceed Order and shall be materially complete in accordance with established Milestones, and not later than the Material Completion and Occupancy Date.

  • Salary Schedule Progression Employees shall progress from step to step in salary grade on the basis of satisfactory job performance based upon established standards of performance. Seasonal employee's initial anniversary date shall be established after being in pay status for two thousand eighty (2,080) hours. Such date shall then be used for annual performance evaluation and step progression consideration. When an employee's anniversary date falls on any day from the first day of a pay week through Wednesday of the pay week, the employee's merit increase shall be effective as of the first day of the pay week within which the anniversary date falls. Otherwise, the merit increase shall be effective on the first day of the next pay week. Grievances arising from the denial of merit increases shall not be arbitrable under this Agreement but shall be processed as follows:

  • Section B The Employer agrees that local Union representative officers, and AFSCME staff representatives shall have reasonable access to the Employer's premise for the sole purpose of the administration of this Agreement, provided that said Union personnel obtain prior approval from the Employer and that said access does not substantially interfere with the operating needs of the Employer. By mutual agreement of the parties, and prior arrangement with the Employer, Union staff representatives may call a meeting during working hours to prevent, resolve, or clarify emergency matters. SECTION C Local Union representatives shall be allowed time off without pay for legitimate Union business, such as State and National Conventions, Union meetings, Committee and/or Board meetings, training sessions, or conferences, and shall be allowed such time off as does not unreasonably interfere with the operating needs of the Employers and provided that the employee gives prior notice to the employer and receives prior approval therein. One (1) of the permitted days off may be considered a “paid day off” for one local representative officer during each calendar year. Nothing shall prevent an employee from using any accumulated time to cover such approved absence.
