Section Payment for Taken After Working Hours. When a medical examination is requested by the Company and is to be taken after working hours, the employee shall be paid two (2) hours’ pay at his regular straight time hourly rate and shall, in such cases, receive at least three (3) days’ notice prior to the appointment with the doctor. The Company shall not pay for the time involved if the employee is, at the time, on or the Health &Welfare Benefit Plan. Section Report of A report of the examination will be made available to the employee through the doctor designated by the employer.
