Common use of Security Officers Clause in Contracts

Security Officers. Tenant acknowledges that if Landlord provides security officers for the Common Area, Landlord does not represent, guarantee or assume responsibility that Tenant will be secure from any Claims relating to such security officers. Landlord shall have no obligation to hire, maintain or provide such services, which may be withdrawn or changed at any time with or without notice to Tenant or any other person and without liability to Landlord.
