Sediment Monitoring Measures. The following measures are proposed to evaluate whether sediment released from the Lower Klamath Project reservoirs is (1) moving north from the mouth of the Klamath River to Crescent City Harbor, (2) depositing in the mouth of Crescent City Harbor, and (3) if sediment deposition occurs in Crescent City Harbor, what percentage of the total sediment accumulation is from the dam reservoir drawdown sediment versus normal annual accumulation of sediment which occurs independent of dam removal. Measure A-1. Establish Bathymetric and Topographic Survey Areas. The focus of Measure A-1 is to establish baseline conditions for the Crescent City Harbor. Baseline conditions will then be used to evaluate sediment accumulation, as detailed in Measure A-3. Within Measure A-1, the Renewal Corporation will establish multi-beam bathymetric surveys at the following locations:  Harbor (Area 1 in Figure A-1)  Inner Basin (Area 2 in Figure A-1)  Outer Basin (Area 3 in Figure A-1)  Marina Access Channel (Area 4 in Figure A-1)  Inner Harbor Basin Channel (Area 5 in Figure A-1)  Entrance Channel (Area 6 in Figure A-1) See also Figures 1 through 5 on pages 21 through 25 of the XxXxxxxx Xxxxxx Report.1 The bathymetric and topographic surveys will be established in 2022. Two sets of measurements will be obtained at each survey area: one in 2022 (late summer or early fall) and one in 2023, approximately 12 months following 2022 baseline measurements. Survey data for each monitoring area will be used to develop a digital elevation model (DEM), which is a three- dimensional representation of a terrain’s surface. The two collected datasets for each area will be compared on a cell-by-cell basis using a GIS spatial analyst program and averaged to set the baseline condition for monitoring of the sediment deposition during the dam removal period. Renewal Corporation will provide bathymetric and topographic survey data to the County for review within two weeks of completion of quality assurance and preparation of draft maps. Determination of baseline surfaces will be made in coordination with the County. Associated reports, memos, and calculations will be provided to the County for review and comment prior to finalizing documents.

  • Anti-dumping and Countervailing Measures 1. Each Party retains its rights and obligations under Article VI of GATT 1994, the AD Agreement, and the SCM Agreement regarding the application of anti-dumping and countervailing measures. 2. During any anti-dumping and countervailing duty investigation involving the Parties, the Parties agree to exchange all notifications, exporter/producer questionnaires, and information requirements2 in English. 3. Should a Party decide to impose an anti-dumping or countervailing duty, the amount of such duty shall not exceed the margin of dumping or subsidies, and the investigating Party shall endeavor to apply a duty which is less than the margin of dumping or subsidies, if such lesser duty would be adequate to remove the injury to the domestic industry. 4. Upon receipt by a Party's competent investigating authority of a properly documented countervailing duty application with respect to imports from the other Party, and before initiating an investigation, the Party shall provide written notification to the other Party of its receipt of the application and afford the other Party a meeting to consult with its competent investigating authority regarding the application, as provided for in Article 13 of the SCM Agreement. 5. Where a Party's competent investigating authority conducts an anti-dumping or countervailing duty investigation with respect to imports from the other Party, in addition to the notifications in accordance with the relevant provisions of the AD Agreement and the SCM Agreement, and independently of the notifications provided directly to the producers or exporters, it shall provide to the other Party written notification of the initiation of such investigation procedure, together with a copy of the exporter/producer questionnaire and the list of the known main exporters or producers. 6. The Party that received the notification in accordance with paragraph 5: (a) shall endeavor to send the list of producers and exporters of the good under investigation to the competent investigating authority of the other Party, together with their addresses, within 30 days; 2 The parties concerned shall provide all documents and information required by the competent investigating authority through the exporter/producer questionnaires and information requirements in the competent investigating authority's official national language. The competent investigating authority shall accept translations of such documents and information, as long as the translator's identification and signature are included. (b) shall endeavor to inform the exporters or producers, or the relevant trade or industrial associations of the good under investigation, of the information received from the competent investigating authority of the other Party; and (c) may collect responses of the exporters or producers to the questionnaire and send the collected responses to the competent investigating authority of the other Party by the due date specified in the questionnaire.

  • Subsidies and Countervailing Measures 1. The rights and obligations of the Parties relating to subsidies and countervailing measures shall be governed by Articles VI and XVI of the GATT 1994 and the WTO Agreement on Subsidies and Countervailing Measures, except as provided for in paragraph 2.

  • Interim Measures 6.1 The Parties acknowledge that the British Columbia Claims Task Force made the following recommendation concerning interim measures:

  • Erosion and Sediment Control The Contractor shall install and maintain erosion and sediment control devices to prevent adjacent streets, storm drains and property from accumulations of soil, sediment, or dust which result from his work. Devices installed to control sediment and prevent erosion shall comply with the requirements of the Georgia Tech Project Superintendent. The Contractor is responsible for monitoring downstream conditions throughout the construction period and clearing any debris, sediment, and dust caused by the progress of the Work. The Contractor shall inspect, maintain, and clear erosion and sediment control devices at least weekly unless otherwise directed by the Georgia Institute of Technology Construction Manager. At the conclusion of the Work, the Contractor shall remove all installed devices and restoring the site to the satisfaction of the Georgia Tech Construction Manager.

  • Safety Measures Awarded vendor shall take all reasonable precautions for the safety of employees on the worksite, and shall erect and properly maintain all necessary safeguards for protection of workers and the public. Awarded vendor shall post warning signs against all hazards created by the operation and work in progress. Proper precautions shall be taken pursuant to state law and standard practices to protect workers, general public and existing structures from injury or damage.

  • Temperature Measurement Temperature will be measured by the nearest automatic Melbourne Bureau of Meteorology Monitoring Station for example (but not limited to): Melbourne, Moorabbin, Dunns Hill, Melbourne Airport, Frankston, and Point Xxxxxx. At the commencement of each project, the onsite management and employee representatives shall agree which is to be the applicable automatic weather monitoring station.

  • Committee on Sanitary and Phytosanitary Measures 1. The Parties hereby establish a Committee on Sanitary and Phytosanitary Measures (“Committee”), comprising representatives of each Party, who are responsible for sanitary and phytosanitary issues in the fields of animal and plant health, food safety and trade.

  • Reactivation To reactivate suspended Service, you must bring your account current through the month of reactivation by making payment in full of any outstanding balance, fees and other applicable charges. In addition, we may require a deposit before reactivating your Service. The amount of the deposit will not exceed one year of monthly fees. Any amounts deposited by you will appear on your statement as a credit, and service charges and other fees will be invoiced as described above. The influenza vaccine will be offered to all health care workers, including pregnant women, before the influenza season, unless otherwise medically contraindicated or it compromises sincerely held religious beliefs.

  • Infrastructure Vulnerability Scanning Supplier will scan its internal environments (e.g., servers, network devices, etc.) related to Deliverables monthly and external environments related to Deliverables weekly. Supplier will have a defined process to address any findings but will ensure that any high-risk vulnerabilities are addressed within 30 days.
