Impact Analysis. Impact Analysis. 3.4.1 The purpose of the impact analysis is to provide a context for a discussion around the approval and implementation of the proposed Change.
3.4.2 The impact analysis will consider the effect of the proposed Change on other aspects of this Agreement (including other Services). If the proposed Change has no such impact, a "no impact" statement will be made.
3.4.3 The Supplier shall take the following issues into account (as relevant to the applicable Change) in the impact analysis:
(a) whether the proposed Change is a New Service;
(b) pricing elements;
(c) migration dates;
(d) acceptance criteria;
(e) infrastructure requirements including new assets and/or software;
(f) relevant third-party agreements;
(g) IPR considerations; and
(h) any other matter reasonably requested by the Customer at the time of the impact analysis or reasonably considered by the Supplier to be relevant.
3.4.4 The Parties acknowledge that the list set out in paragraph 3.4.3 above is not an exhaustive list and that there may be additional or different factors to consider in the context of a particular Change.
3.4.5 The factors set out in paragraph 3.4.3 should be considered in such a way to ensure that the impact analysis clearly shows the impact of the proposed Change (if any) on the Charges, the Services and any other relevant matter covered by this Agreement.
Impact Analysis. The consultant(s) will analyze the wastewater impacts of each of the Phase 1 alternative development framework scenarios, including whether proposed approaches are sufficient to achieve the following objectives:
a. Augment existing and planned system capacity, and
b. Establish a favorable local and state permitting outlook for the development project.

Impact Analysis. Upon determination of the classification of the Proposed Change, Exult and Exult Participating Affiliate shall provide, at its expense, [***]* or as otherwise agreed, an estimate of the time and cost that Exult and Exult Participating Affiliate proposes to charge to the Client to complete the impact analysis. The Client shall provide Exult and Exult Participating Affiliate, within 10 business days or as otherwise agreed, a decision as to whether to proceed with the impact analysis as estimated.
Impact Analysis. The City reserves the right to perform an economic impact analysis for any project to determine the impact the project will have on the City. If deemed necessary this analysis will be made before an incentive is offered to the applicant. The initial contact and preliminary discussions relating to available incentives is to be between the authorized representatives of the applicant and the Keller Economic Development Department All negotiations for Economic Development Incentives shall be between the authorized representative(s) of the applicant and the Economic Development Department and any City employee as designated by the City Manager. City Council’s decision shall be based upon an evaluation of the criteria that each applicant has addressed in narrative format in their application.
Impact Analysis. Insert text that will summarize the analysis of the project impact on students, faculty and constituents to be served. How will the results of this project improve the mission of the University. How will the programs be impacted if the project is not done within the proposed schedule? Insert text that will identify what additional services or programs that will be offered or required as a result of this project. This is of particular importance for new construction, expansion and major renovation projects to demonstrate the justification for the investment. Insert text that provides a detailed needs assessment based on the campus facilities requirements analysis and other pertinent information. Explain what options were explored to meet the needs before determining that this project was the best choice for meeting the needs of the program.
