Selected Project Interconnecting in the New York Control Area. The Actual Production associated with the ORECs for the Selected Project must either be (a) delivered into a market administered by the NYISO for end-use in New York State, (b) delivered through a wholesale meter under the control of a utility, public authority or municipal electric company such that it can be measured, and such that consumption within New York State can be tracked and verified by such entity or by the NYISO, or (c) delivered through a dedicated generation meter at the Delivery Point that shall be compliant with the requirements and standards stated in Section 5.3 of the NYGATS Operating Rules, as such rules may be amended or changed from time to time.

Selected Project Interconnecting in the New York Control Area. The Actual Production associated with the ORECs for Selected Projects that inject the energy generated by the Selected Project directly into the New York Control Area must either be (a) delivered into a market administered by the NYISO for end-use in New York State, (b) delivered through a wholesale meter under the control of a utility, public authority or municipal electric company such that it can be measured, and such that consumption within New York State can be tracked and verified by such entity or by the NYISO, or (c) delivered through a dedicated generation meter at the Delivery Point that shall be compliant with the requirements and standards stated in Section 5.3 of the NYGATS Operating Rules.

Related to Selected Project Interconnecting in the New York Control Area

  • Interconnection Facilities 4.1.1 The Interconnection Customer shall pay for the cost of the Interconnection Facilities itemized in Attachment 2 of this Agreement. The NYISO, in consultation with the Connecting Transmission Owner, shall provide a best estimate cost, including overheads, for the purchase and construction of its Interconnection Facilities and provide a detailed itemization of such costs. Costs associated with Interconnection Facilities may be shared with other entities that may benefit from such facilities by agreement of the Interconnection Customer, such other entities, the NYISO, and the Connecting Transmission Owner.

  • Interconnection Customer’s Interconnection Facilities The Interconnection Customer shall design, procure, construct, install, own and/or control the Interconnection Customer’s Interconnection Facilities described in Appendix A at its sole expense.

  • Interconnection Customer Interconnection Facilities Interconnection Customer shall design, procure, construct, install, own and/or control Interconnection Customer Interconnection Facilities described in Appendix A, Interconnection Facilities, Network Upgrades and Distribution Upgrades, at its sole expense.
