Actual Production definition
Actual Production. The amount, in MWh, of the total electric energy production of the Bid Facility during any period within a Contract Year.
Actual Production means the amount of material measured in metric tonnes removed from the Land during a Production Period, as verified in the Production Report for that Production Period. BCHMA SCHEDULE C - QUARRY LICENCE

Examples of Actual Production in a sentence
If the Actual Production exceeds the Guaranteed Production in any given Contract Year, the excess production shall be credited towards the production in any of the next four subsequent Contract Years, if needed, so that if there is a shortfall in such Contract Years, the credit will be applied first towards the shortfall, before any Refund Payment must be paid by Seller.
In such cases, Seller shall pay Purchaser an amount equal to (i) the difference between the Guaranteed Production and the Actual Production (i.e., the shortfall, measured in kWh), multiplied by (ii) the difference between the Purchaser’s average electric rate from Utility (in $/kWh) during the applicable year and the Contract Price during the applicable year (such amount, the “Refund Payment”).
Any excess Actual Production not used in the next four years will be forfeited for purposes of applying it to future shortfalls.
More Definitions of Actual Production
Actual Production means the entire MWh actual generation of the Project during an applicable period. For avoidance of doubt, the Actual Production shall reflect 100% of the actual net energy generation of the Project and not solely the portion of the energy output associated with the RECs committed under this Agreement. Further, with respect to a Project co-located with an energy storage facility, the MWh actual generation shall be for energy generated exclusively from the Project as measured by the Project’s Revenue Quality Meter.
Actual Production. The amount of electric energy production in MWh generated by the Selected Project during any Contract Year.

Actual Production means, in respect of the First Period or any subsequent Calendar Quarter, the total quantity of Hydrocarbons and By-Products Produced and Saved from the Contract Area during that First Period or that Calendar Quarter, as the case may be, as set out in a statement prepared by the Lessee in accordance with Article 13.7 and section 5 of Annex C (the “Exploitation Statement”).
