Actual Production means for any period, the actual net electrical production, in kWh, of the System and delivered to Customer at the Delivery Point, in conformance with Applicable Law.

Actual Production means the entire MWh actual generation of the Project during an applicable period. Further, with respect to a Project co-located with an energy storage facility, the MWh actual generation shall be for energy generated exclusively from the Project as measured by the Project’s Revenue Quality Meter.
