Actual Production definition

Actual Production. The amount, in MWh, of the total electric energy production of the Bid Facility during any period within a Contract Year.

More Definitions of Actual Production

Actual Production means for any period, the actual net electrical production, in kWh, of the System and delivered to Customer at the Delivery Point, in conformance with Applicable Law.

Actual Production means the entire MWh actual generation of the Project during an applicable period. For avoidance of doubt, the Actual Production shall reflect 100% of the actual net energy generation of the Project and not solely the portion of the energy output associated with the RECs committed under this Agreement. Further, with respect to a Project co-located with an energy storage facility, the MWh actual generation shall be for energy generated exclusively from the Project as measured by the Project’s Revenue Quality Meter.
